Manage・Cancel・Refund - Subscriptions
You can manage, cancel, or request a refund subscription via AppStore or PlayStore. Your data still remains in your devices after your subscriptions are expired.
Please note that your subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. If you cancel your subscriptions, the subscriptions are still available until the expiration date, and it will be canceled automatically when they expire.
We developers cannot control or see the payments system so please handle them from your phone or contact the store support of Apple or Google.
* Please try the restore button on the upgrade screen if you cannot enable the paid version of Taxnote after you subscribe on iOS. For details, see the help article "Restore Purchases".
* With the same Apple ID or Google Play Store ID, the same paid version of Taxnote cannot be purchased twice.
