By subscribing to the paid version of Taxnote Plus, You can unlock the 15/month entry limit.

How does the 15 entry limit work?
Let's say, today is March 25, 2018 and you want to enter a lot of data for 2017. In this case, you can enter 14 entries in January 2017, 13 entries in February 2017, and so on for free. But, you need to subscribe to Taxnote Plus when you want to enter more than 15 entries in January 2017.
Taxnote Cloud
You can use the following features with Taxnote Cloud.

1. Multiple Books.
You can manage up to 6 books from the settings.
2. Data Sync with different devices. (iOS & Android)
You can sync your data with iOS and/or Android smartphones and tablets. It's also useful since it will back up your data on the cloud server automatically.(There is no PC version.)
3. Recurring Entries.
Taxnote Cloud automatically enters your entries on the dates you set.
4. Bar Charts for each Category.
The bar charts for each category show monthly figures or daily figures of a month.

Q. Should I purchase either the paid Taxnote Plus or Taxnote Cloud?
A. Taxnote Plus and Taxnote Cloud have different features, so purchase each as needed.

Q. If I use the paid Taxnote Plus and Taxnote Cloud on multiple devices, do I need to purchase each subscription for each device?
A. It differs between Taxnote Plus and Taxnote Cloud.
- Taxnote Plus：For cloud synchronization on multiple devices, if each device uses a different Apple ID or Google Play Store ID, you need to purchase Taxnote Plus on each device.
* You need to purchase only one subscription if you are using the same ID on multiple devices. - Taxnote Cloud：Even if you are using multiple devices, you need to purchase only one subscription.
Q. Isn't the data entered in Taxnote shared to the outside?
A. We do not share data to the outside.
Your accounting data stored in the cloud will never be used for other purposes like marketing (advertising, etc.).
