You can search registered data by specific words in the History menu or Overview menu, and also can export or delete the search results in bulk.

Search Registered Data
You can search registered data in the History menu or Overview menu.
Search In The History Menu
If you want to search from all data, please search in the History menu.
- Tap the [History] menu located at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter a specific word in the search box at the top of the screen, then tap the [Search] button.
- The search results are shown.
Search In The Overview Menu
If you want to search by period or category, please search in the Overview menu.
- Tap the [Overview] menu located at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the line you want to search for according to search conditions.
- If you want to search by "Balance" / "Total" of income or expense:
Tap the line "Balance" / "Total" of income or expense. - If you want to search by category:
Select a category to search, then tap one of the following.- If you want to search from its total: Tap its "Total"
- If you want to search from its remark: Tap remark you want to search
- If you want to search by "Balance" / "Total" of income or expense:
- Enter search words in the search box at the top of the screen, then tap the [Search] button.
- The search results with the conditions set at step3 are shown.
Delete Searched Data In Bulk
You can delete the searched data in bulk.
- Search the data you want to delete by doing "Search In The History Menu" or "Search In The Overview Menu".
- Select [Share] button at the upper right of "Search Results" screen, tap the [Delete XXX] button ("XXX" can be period, book title, category name, remarks name etc...).
- Again, tap the [Delete XXX] button.
Export Searched Data
You can export the searched data.
- Search the data you want to export by doing "Search In The History Menu" or "Search In The Overview Menu".
- Select [Share] button at the upper right of "Search Results" screen, tap the [Export ・ Print XXX] button ("XXX" can be period, book title, category name, remarks name etc...).
- Depending on your purpose, proceed to one of the following operations.
Export As CSV File Or Data Of Other Services
The search results can be exported in CSV or specific formats of other services.
- Setting of export refers to the following table.

When "On" is selected, you can output corresponding items when a category name includes subcategories and/or tax categories. Character Code - UTF8

You can select the character code to be used for exporting.
This option is available when selecting "CSV (for Excel)" from "FORMAT".

- Specified Period(From / To)
You can select the period of exported data. FORMAT - CSV (for Excel)
- Yayoi Kaikei (JP Software)
- freee (JP Software)
- MFCloud (JP Software)
CSV is a generic data exchange format. It can be processed by spreadsheet software, etc.
When you select each service, you can output the optimized data to import to them.
- Tap the [Export CSV] button at the top of the screen.
- Save or send the file as desired.
Print On The Spot
The searched data can be printed by your printer.

Export As PDF File To Print
You can create a pdf file with the searched data to print.
- Tap the [Create PDF] button.
- Again, tap the [Create PDF] button which is shown from the bottom of the screen.
- if you need to add more information* (your company name, created date etc.), please enter these to each input box. Then tap the [OK] button.
* "Total" column is added to the end of the created PDF file automatically. - Save or send the file as desired.
